Sudipta Rudra Roy is an executive working in the HR Department of H4H. He mainly dabbles in recruiting and working for the members of Humanity for Humans. He is, by no means, callous in his work and aims to smoothly operate his tasks. He is always working to ensure that all members are in their comfort zone as they work towards a better future.
Sudipta is consistently working to better the HR Department alongside others to provide efficiency and productivity while also boosting morale with his witty remarks and easing situations with his logical perspectives. He has worked on various on-site and off-site campaigns.

Sudipta Rudra Roy is currently completing his A2 in S.F.X Greenherald Int’l School, Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a student, Sudipta has participated in numerous olympiads where he has been awarded Divisional and National Positions amongst several others.
He is always eager to aid others, regardless of what the difficulty might be which has people being comfortable to work with him and believe in him. He is a hardworking person who is always attempting to give his best in all his tasks. Sudipta is an avid enjoyer of poetry, and in his freetime, takes up to pen his thoughts.
