Ireen Elahi is a member of the HR Department and Core Member at Humanity for Humans (H4H). Ireen Elahi is the driving force behind the Human Resources department at Humanity for Humans (H4H), where she plays a pivotal role as both the Head of HR and a core member of the organization. With a keen eye for talent and a collaborative approach, Ireen is responsible for recruiting passionate individuals who align with the mission of H4H. She meticulously appoints HR department members to conduct interviews, ensuring that each new addition to the team is a perfect fit.
Her active involvement in every project undertaken by the organization ensures that the right people are present when needed, fostering a cohesive and effective working environment. A key aspect of Ireen's role is making decisions regarding the continuation of members within H4H, particularly those who are inactive or not effectively communicating their concerns. She maintains regular communication with all departments, addressing any issues that arise and providing unwavering support to the members working within their respective areas.

Currently an A2 student at S.F.X Greenherald International School, Ireen Elahi is an energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for sports and community service. As an athlete, she excels in volleyball and badminton and serves as a Youth Sports Leader with United Kidz Sports and Development (UKSD) in the United States, proudly representing Bangladesh. Her leadership experience extends beyond sports; Ireen has been an executive member and leader in various school clubs, including the Maths Club, Science Club, and Debating Club.
Additionally, she contributes to the community by teaching underprivileged children through SFX charity initiatives. Ireen is known for her outgoing and amiable nature, effective communication skills, and a genuine desire to explore new things and make a positive impact. Her love for animals and nature reflects her holistic approach to life.
